Change Happens!
It just takes commitment, determination, and the right guidance...

For over 15 years, I have worked alongside individuals navigating addiction and behavioral health challenges and I can tell you one thing for certain - meaningful change does not come from willpower alone. It comes from understanding the patterns—biological, emotional, and environmental—that shape how we cope, heal, and grow.
My work has always focused on meeting people where they are, helping them through self-awareness to develop real-world strategies that support sustainable recovery and optimal wellbeing.
Your genes are not your destiny, they are your roapmap.
Genetic Blueprinting is a game-changer!
Discovering the world of epigenetics took my coaching to a whole new level. It validated what I have known for years - our biology is listening, adapting, and responding to how we live. By integrating epigenetic principles into my coaching, I help clients understand how simple lifestyle choices can influence their gene expression, stress response, and nervous system balance. This approach allows us to move beyond symptom management and into deeper, more personalized transformation - where healing is informed by both lived experience and cutting-edge science.
My Story
As someone with a family history of addiction and mental health challenges, I have spent the better part of my adult years healing...and searching for answers.
Navigating life in this environment was complicated. It left me with a legacy of grief and resilience. It also gifted me with empathy and a profound understanding of the complexities of human behavior.
When it came to learning how to cope, it wasn't enough for me to just treat the symptoms. I needed to understand the reasons behind the choices I was making, and why my life was not going the way I had hoped.
I returned to college to study Positive Psychology, the science of well-being. Through this program, I began to to focus on strengths over pathology. I learned to identify and change the patterns of behavior that had taken me so far from where I wanted to be.
However, mindset was only one piece of the puzzle. Understanding my genetics was the missing link to achieving optimal health and well-being.
